I used this handheld the day I got it after fully charging it. I have arthritis in both heels
and in both knees. The pain relief was there immediately. However, it is temporary so I used it daily in the beginning
to relieve the pain. I laser 10 minutes on each knee and on the right heel, as the left one is not in bad shape.
It definitely works.
